Certificate in Hedge Fund Regulation
The Certificate in Hedge Fund Regulation provides a broad-based curriculum in hedge fund regulation. The course provides:
- An introduction to hedge funds, their history and the regulatory issues surrounding them.
- A review of regulatory theory.
- An analysis of the regulation of hedge funds, hedge fund managers, hedge fund service providers, hedge fund standards.
- An analysis of current developments in the UK, EU and US.
The Certificate in Hedge Fund Regulation is gained through a three-step process:
- Complete the online registration form.
- Successfully complete the online course.
- Successfully complete the online end-of-course examination.

The syllabus for the course is delivered online by distance learning. Students have access to the online material for six months from the date of their registration - this period can be extended for an additional fee, where necessary.
Each of the eight modules is mandatory, with a regularly updated resource of press articles and video links to supplement the course material. At the conclusion of each module, there is a sample examination, based on the course material.
At the end of the course, there is a certificate examination, for which the pass mark for this examination is 70%. Students who wish to re-take the examination must pay an additional fee.
All fees are quoted in Euro and include VAT as appropriate.
